IRST TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PAYMENTS OF EVENTS

Cancellation Policy:

Full payment will be taken at time of booking. You may cancel up to 14 days prior to receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@irst.com.au

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made for cancellations advised in writing up to 14 days prior to an event. No refunds are provided after this time.

General Terms & Conditions:

Industrial Relations Society of Tasmania Registration Terms & Conditions:

    • You will be responsible for communicating any changes to your booking by contacting IRST as soon as possible.
    • Any costs related to these changes will be borne by the individual.
    • All prices are displayed and AUD$ and are correct at the date of offer. Any prices quoted may be subject to change until your registration is confirmed.

When purchasing from Industrial Relations Society of Tasmania card details are transmitted through a secure server using SecurePay.

The Industrial Relations of Tasmania is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your registration only.

Confirmation of Booking

Upon successful payment of attendance you will receive a booking confirmation and tax invoice/receipt in the form of an email attachment. No tickets are provided/distributed for any IRST events.
